Part 3- Improving your Lifestyle to Increase Happiness
One thing that really helped me on my road to wellness after depression was improving my lifestyle and promoting things in my everyday life that made me happy.
The most important things for getting rid of depression were working with a doctor to help balance your body and brain and working with a psychologist to talk about things I was going through and help develop a happier mindset.
However, I also found that the third step in improving my overall happiness was changing my lifestyle and creating a life for myself that supported my own happiness.
Some things I did to create happiness in my own life were:
-To develop a more confident mindset
-To start eating healthier
-To let go of toxic relationships
